Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL / La Poste directly. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.


Any Christmas gift orders placed in December can be returned before Friday 12th January for an exchange or refund - usual policy terms & conditions apply.

You have the right to cancel yours within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all swing tickets attached. We offer an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy. We will only exchange for the same style in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order. All refunds, exclude any original shipping costs. You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Canceled orders should be returned with a valid RAN number to:  Clootton, 15 rue de Bruxelles, Strasbourg, 67000, France. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your return parcel and exclude all shipping costs unless an error has been made by us. We offer a flexible returns policy to improve your shopping experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Clootton account.


Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 7 working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.


If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.


The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shape, and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
